Many of the people I work with carry far more than others realise.
From the outside, life may look manageable, yet underneath people often feel overwhelmed, anxious, low, emotionally stuck, worn down or that something no longer feels sustainable.
Therapy does not need to begin in crisis. People often reach out simply because something feels off, even if they cannot yet put it into words. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and work towards change.
